Upon inspection, I found the inducer motor was noisy and needed replaced. I informed the customer and they approved the replacement. Will have the office order the part and will come back to install it when it comes in. System is operational upon departure.
I found the shutoff valve on the humidifier corroded and not shutting water off al the way. The copper supply line is corroded bad as well. I recommend replacing the shut off, copper line and solenoid valve. Customer would like to proceed with repairs.
I found 2006 Bryant gas system showing code 31 indicating pressure did not close when it was supposed to. I recycled power and inducer motor did not turn on. I was manually able to get it to spin but motor does need replaced and customer has approved replacement.
I found furnace flashing code 2 indicating internal lockout has exceeded retry attempts. I recycled power and flames came on then shut off with inducer motor. I cleaned the flame sensor and furnace is running as expected at this time.
