Hilliard-Dublin Heating & Air provided a very quick appointment as I scheduled my AC tune up. Matt, the tech was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated that the service cost was very reasonable (There was a "special" going on at the time I booked my service.) The tech called me about 30 minutes before his arrival to alert me to the time he would arrive. He donned booties so that his shoes would not soil my carpeting. He not only checked and serviced my AC very thoroughly but he also replaced my air cleaner filter with one he had on the truck. I immediately received an invoice via e mail and it listed all the items he checked and the results of his service check. I recommend this company very highly and also scheduled another service call for a second property I own.

This was our first time using this company and we were very pleased with the technician's thoroughness. He also gave us some very helpful tips about our unit.
Upon arrival, I found the filter clogged. I changed out with a customer provided filter. I also found the outdoor heat pump with some frost build up on it. I informed the customer to run the unit in emergency heat mode to thaw the unit and then we can come back out to continue diagnostic. System is operational in emergency heat upon departure.
I found low voltage fuse popped, after further diagnostic discovered was able to keep fuse intact. Then discovered that we will also need a new heat kit and relay. Repair prices will be too expensive and customer is all set for a new system installation tomorrow. System not operational at departure.
Upon inspection, I found the filter was dirty and the first take was open, causing a great deal of hot air to escape the vents. I made the proper adjustments and removed the filter from the unit. System is operational at this time, customer will replace filter.
