Upon arrival customer stated furnace was not heating the home. Upon initial inspection of the gas furnace found that it was out on code 14 ignition proving failure. Referred to code 35 showing flame sensor with corrosion on it and carbon buildup not sensing the flame or not sending the proper amount of millivolts back after checking the flame sensor found it was quite a bit of carbon buildup in deposit on the sensing probe. Cleaned flame sensor off And inserted plane sensor back in the furnace cycled furnace back on let furnace run for 10 minutes and performed combustion test combustion test was 95% efficient 10.1% O2 15 ppm CO. And 96° flu Temp.System running and operating normal upon departure recommend April Aire media filter for better airflow throughout the home. Also recommended Honeywell t10 thermostat with room sensor to help with the temperature difference upstairs
